1. Who we are
Medical Mastery (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online educational platform operated by Dr Gopikrishnan Palanivel (sole proprietor), Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600083, India. The platform is available at medicalmastery.co.in (the “Site”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. What we provide
Medical Mastery provides structured examination-preparation content for postgraduate medical examinations, including written question-and-answer material, audio narration, and video-format study stations (together, the “Content”). Access to the Content requires a paid membership, billed as a recurring subscription.
3. Educational use only — medical disclaimer
All Content is prepared strictly for examination preparation and general medical education. It is not clinical guidance, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation, and must never be used as a substitute for institutional protocols, current clinical guidelines, drug formularies, or the judgment of qualified clinicians. Medical knowledge changes; while we make reasonable efforts to keep the Content accurate and current, we do not warrant that any item is free of error or reflects the latest guidelines. You remain solely responsible for your clinical decisions and for verifying information against authoritative sources.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
- Accounts are personal to you. Sharing your login with others, or allowing simultaneous use by multiple people, is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership.
5. Membership, billing and renewal
- Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in Indian Rupees (INR) at the price displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- We may revise prices with prior notice; revised prices apply from your next renewal.
- Applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) are as stated at checkout. A GST invoice is available on request from support@medicalmastery.co.in.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Membership fees are non-refundable. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
- All Content, including text, question banks, audio, video, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.
- Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Content for your own exam preparation.
- You must not copy, download, scrape, record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the Content, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing product or to train any automated system.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, and we reserve all legal remedies.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, restructure, update, or retire Content and features. Subjects marked “in development” on the Site are indicative and their release timelines are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or Content is limited to the membership fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for examination outcomes, which depend on many factors beyond our Content.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Site and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, including credential sharing or content misuse. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Site or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
