1. Cancelling your membership
- You can cancel your recurring membership at any time from your Account page — no email or phone call needed.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and no further charges are made.
- Cancelling does not delete your account; you can re-subscribe any time.
2. No refunds
- Medical Mastery sells access to digital educational content that is delivered to you immediately upon payment. All membership fees — first payments and renewals alike — are non-refundable.
- You can review the platform’s scope on our Pricing and Library pages before subscribing, and you can cancel at any time from your Account page to prevent the next renewal. For these reasons we do not provide refunds for change of mind, non-use, partial use, or dissatisfaction.
- No refund is payable where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example, credential sharing or content copying).
3. Billing errors
The only exception to the above is a genuine billing error — for example a duplicate charge, or an amount debited without your membership being activated. Report it to us within 7 days of the charge, with your Razorpay payment reference, and once verified we will reverse the erroneous amount in full to the original payment method. This applies to billing mistakes only, not to the value of content already made available to you.
4. How to raise a billing issue
- Email support@medicalmastery.co.in from your registered email address with your username and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
- Verified reversals (billing errors only) are initiated within 5–7 business days and are credited by Razorpay to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect.
- Reversals are made in INR to the original payment instrument only.
5. Price and plan changes
- If you upgrade a plan mid-cycle, the change and any prorated adjustment are shown before you confirm.
- Price revisions never apply retroactively — they take effect only from a future renewal, with prior notice.
